A higher rate of Pueblo County voters turned out in November's election than the previous midterm election in 2018, but Pueblo still saw a lower turnout rate than most other Colorado counties.Nearly 61.6% of active registered voters in Pueblo participated in this year's general election, which is significantly lower than the statewide average of 66.3%.Just five other Colorado counties — Adams, Morgan, Otero, Alamosa and Costilla — reported a lower turnout than Pueblo.Turnout in midterm elections is historically lower than presidential elections.
